Artemide Tolomeo Lights are a Design Classic designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassino. Tolomeo lamps are still produced by Italian manufacturer Artemide, but they only offer a limited choice of 3 options when it comes to the lampshades. Ivory Cream Parchment, Light Grey satin fabric and Black satin fabric. All fit the monotone palette of the typical Italian Architect ( barring the odd maverick). It may be that you are looking for alternative coloured shades or fabric covering to coordinate with the rest of your interior decor - or it may be that you have had the original light shades but they have been damaged and need replacing. There are 5 standard sizes of these Tolomeo shades, their proportion reflects the archetypal tapered drum lampshade silhouette and we make replacements that fit the original dimensions, but it is also possible to commission bespoke shades from us in different shapes that will still fit original Tolomeo lamps: taller or bigger for example.
